Rich Hot Fudge Sauce


1-14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 
(do not confuse with evaporated milk)
6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 T. Butter
  1. Heat the milk and the chips in a heavy saucepan until melted, stirring often.
  2. Remove from heat and add the butter.  
  3. Serve warm over ice cream.
