2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 t. paprika
1 cup flour
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
2/3 c. hot pepper jelly
- Beat together cheese, butter, paprika and cayenne.
- Stir in flour just until mixture forms a ball. If it's too crumbly, add a T. of water to get a dough consistency.
- Shape into 30 small balls.
- Press each ball into a mini muffin cup to form a shell.
- Spoon 1 t. jelly into each shell.
- Bake at 400° until golden brown.
