This is a great appetizer. It's very light and tasty. I love small bits that you can just pop in your mouth.
1 T. parsley
1 t. sweet basil
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 8-ounce package of boiled ham, thin sliced
1 22-ounce jar whole dill pickles
- Blend parsley and basil with cream cheese.
- Blot ham dry.
- Spread a thin layer (1/8") of cream cheese on each ham slice.
- Place each dill pickle lengthwise along one side of ham.
- Roll up pickle in ham slice.
- Refrigerate.
- Before serving, slice (1/4" to 1/2 ") ham/pickle crosswise.
- Arrange on a platter and serve.
