Sweet Potatoe Fries


2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and dried with paper towels
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and fresh pepper
paprika
  1. Cut the potatoes in half and then into wedges
  2. Put in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil until well coated.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until tender.
