This recipe is what I make when I get a yen for raw cookie dough. It's really fast and makes a small batch. The cookies are good too. If you use a 1" scoop and a large cookie sheet (14 1/2 x 20") and place them 1" apart they will all fit on one sheet. Makes about 26 (2") cookies.
1/2 cup (1 stick) soft butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 t. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 small package chocolate chips
- Cream butter, sugar, egg, salt and vanilla.
- Add flour, oats and chocolate chips.
- Bake at 375 degrees 11 to 13 minutes.
