Uncooked Flour Tortillas
These are amazing. I buy them at Costco. You'll never buy a store bought tortillas again! You cook them for a minute or so on a dry skillet or just until very lightly browned and then place in a gallon bag so they don't dry out. I have also seen them lately in the grocery (different brand name). The Costco package comes with 72 tortillas so I cook them and then vac-u-form with my food savor in packages of 8 or whatever and freeze. You can also order them from the website
