Grilled Peppers and Onions


This makes about 4 servings. You can also vary the pepper colors depending on what's available.

1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
garlic marinade or bottled Italian Salad dressing
  1. Cut each pepper into 1 1/2 inch squares.
  2. Cut the onion in wedges.
  3. Put all in a bowl and pour dressing over.
  4. Stir and thread on skewers and grill till blackened edges appear.
