8-10 slices bacon, crisply fried
2 large tomatoes
2 cups cubed cooked chicken, chilled
1 hard cooked egg, chopped or sliced
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 T. chopped onion
1 T. fresh lemon juice, add more for a thinner dressing
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
- Prepare dressing.
 - Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
 - Break bacon into large pieces.
 - cut tomatoes into eighths.
 - Add bacon, tomato and chicken to lettuce.
 - Top with dressing.
 - Garnish with eggs.
