Chai Tea

 This makes 4 servings, 1 cup each.  Yummy.

2 c. water
4 tea bags, black tea
2 c. milk
2 T. honey
½ t. ginger
½ t. cinnamon
¼ t. nutmeg
  1. Heat water to a boil, add the tea bags and reduce the heat.
  2. Simmer 2 minutes and remove the tea bags.
  3. Stir in honey, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Heat to boiling.
  5. Stir with a whisk to foam milk.  Pour into cups.
